Alonna

 

Alonna's resilient spirit has been a compass throughout her life.  Having moved 11 times by the age of 9, Alonna grew accustomed to new surroundings.

As a mother of five,  (children ages 11, 9, twin boys 5, and 4) she lets very little deter her even the mastering of their schedules and activities.  She is an "on the go" mom and does it happily!

Somehow she still manages to find time to play herself.  Whether running, shooting hoops, or working out, Alonna is an athlete driven to reach her personal best.

Her sparkling blue eyes and infectious smile reflect her love of life.  For her, there is always a mountain to climb.  She loves to be active and her fashion  reflects her activity.  Running pants are a necessity for colder weather with the long sleeved running shirt which pulls sweat away from the skin. To hit the pavement, she prefers Asics and her latest running toy is the Garmin Forerunner.  This "must have" running accessory tracks distances, average pace, calories burned and can even maps out runs. With its training pace and pace setting abilities, Alonna can't live without it.

Ever since she was little, Alonna has always wanted to be a mom.  She loves playing and laughing with her children.  They have taught her the definition of unconditional love. She counts her blessings (her favorite five) everyday as she sees them grow, learn, and experience joy.

 

Her favorite "joyful" place is at the lake watching her children splash and play in the water and making creations on the sandy shore.

Alonna's spirit is triumphant... but not without laughter!
