The last gift of Christmas marks the end of the holiday season- THE NEW YEAR!  The ribbons and bows have been tucked away, trees will soon be taken down, and memories old and new are forever cherished.  

Cami's absolute elegance is perfect for an evening out on New Year's Eve.  This stunning black dressed is draped with a faux fur wrap and Mary Jane wedge heels and accessorized with gold earrings and the perfect black pendant necklace.  

Real beauty is found in the heart of a joyful giver- Camille is the very essence of giving.  While she is more comfortable carrying concrete forms, we talked her into a moment with Karynn and her camera.  The result- breathtaking.

Who is she?  Mother of three, business partner to her  husband in their general contractor company where she offers her expertise in home design... and owner and manager of their two vacation rentals.  Movement, work, and dedication are synonymous for Camille.

But its her loyalty to Faith, Family, and Friends that expresses elegance and poise to its fullest.  Camille holds the keystone to beautiful!

Home for the Holidays

The Holidays call for gray and red, black and silver, but mostly they call for friendship- for coming home for the holidays.  On a somewhat quiet December afternoon, we managed to steal a few moments from some or our favorite women for a KEPT  Holiday Shoot at Historic Higbee or what I like to call HAPPY Higbee!

We caught them exchanging gifts while laughing and sharing stories about their children and hectic lives.  They dazzled us with winter fashion and holiday "must haves" but mostly they warmed our hearts with the strength of their spirits!

Each wore a look indicative of personality preference-- from the gray jean to the classy denim or the "staple" black skirt to the always in style black dress these women keep fashion affordable and fun!

Megan

Real beauty is defined by the what is worn on the inside--- by the heart.  What is worn on the outside is a mere accessory.  Megan's heart is beautiful-- she is warm, funny, talented, and welcoming. 

Her style  complements the beauty which is already hers!  Megan loves the cozy practical look- perfect for an early winter stroll.  Her striped plum sweater is paired with classy denim jeans, high heeled boots, pearls on the wrist and neck, and a gold watch and ring.

Who is she?  Mother of four hungry, active boys, wife to helicopter instructor, volunteer, friend, daughter, sister, vocalist (her voice is amazing).

Being around Megan is a dose of laughter.  A moment with Megan brings Joy!

Kaycee

Kaycee is a definitely a fashion Diva!  Her look is bold and daring!  She pairs the classic with the trendy.  Whats she's she wearing?  black leather leggings, topped  with an adorable t-shirt and layered with this outrageously fun cardigan.  Her black jewelry and booties complete this seriously stylish look.

Who is she? Wife, mother of three adorable girls who take after their mama, the fashion diva, full time teacher, not to mention FUN and HAPPY!

Kaycee loves a closet with the perfect black pencil skirt, great pair of jeans and of course boots!  These are her fashion staples- what are yours?

Lisa

Classy sophistication captures the very essence of Lisa's look for for late fall that slides fast into winter-  A deep purple cardigan paired with a striped classy button up accented with simple jewelry.

These two sisters are a pair-- always found together.  Double trouble? They are more likely to be dubbed the "fashionistas"  they are always dressed "To the nines."

                           

Few women are as nice and kind as Lisa.  With her welcoming eyes and contagious smile she puts everyone at ease.

When it comes to fashion, don't forget the accessories-- shoes, jewelry, hand bag- a great way to finish a look and to leave your signature!

Lisa knows how to mix the trendy with the classic.  Here, she pairs a black and white polka dot pencil  skirt with a classic white  button up with purple stripes layered with the deep purple cardigan-- her signature shoes complete her look.

Who is she? Amazing cheerleader to her three sons, one daughter, and coaching husband.  As a full time working mom, Lisa balances it all- and does it with such poise and grace, but it is her kindness that is her staple fashion accessory!

Amy

Amy's sunshine and giggles spark the late Autumn air as she   teases the inevitable winter breeze with  her fall coral.

Who is she?  mother of three boys, hunting widow, avid volunteer, sister, aunt, and friend to so many...

 Snow has yet to hit our backyard red rock hills so we will keep the coral, keep the sunshine, and we will keep the giggles.....

Rachel

                Not sure she knows how beautiful she is....

                   Bohemian Casual is Rachel's thing... 

What's she wearing? Rachel makes style effortless- knit olive sweater, fall hue scarf set off with  gorgeous red hair.  Don't forget the trendy jeans rolled just above black booties.  A perfect fall combination.

Who is she?  Mother of 7-- yep 7.  She is fun loving, loyal, kind, and in her younger years- a theatre guru.  Don't worry... Rachel knows how to play any part.  And as a mother of 7, she does-- EVERYDAY!

Hats off to Rachel for being a GUARDIAN OF THE HEARTH.  Her love of God and Family sparkles in her eyes- everything else is simply an accessory!
