Research shows: Running is a great sport for the body. It's easy requiring no new skills to master or high tech equipment. However, it is also hard- its a caloric blaster and gives your body and overall workout. And contrary to popular belief, running actually strengthens your joints and ligaments. Ever heard of Runner's Rush? Well it is the absolute best feeling to hit your pace and then to just keep on going! Running also prevents disease even vision loss. Above all, Runners live longer!
Once you find a good running partner, she will be hard to ever replace.
